1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided on gameofworld.xyz (the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding contract with Cosmo Fame Limited ("CosmoDraft", "we", "us", or "our"), incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong SAR (2/F WEST WING, 821 LAI CHI KOK RD, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong). If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must discontinue platform usage immediately. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of the Platform

CosmoDraft is a skill-based, free-to-play fantasy sports simulation entertainment portal. The Platform enables users to draft virtual teams across NHL, MLS, UEFA Champions League, NBA, CFL, ATP/WTA Tennis, and Formula 1; manage simulated budgets (€100M / €150M caps); execute tactical match simulations; deploy strategic Power Chips; and participate in seasonal leaderboards. No purchase, deposit, or monetary stake is ever required to play, participate, or compete on CosmoDraft.

3. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To register an account or utilize interactive simulation features, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding digital agreements.
• You have not been previously suspended, banned, or terminated from CosmoDraft for fair-play infractions.

4. Account Security & Multi-Account Prohibition

Users may maintain only one (1) unique account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to exploit chip allocations, manipulate leaderboard placements, or circumvent transfer restrictions is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent bans across all affiliated accounts. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must immediately report unauthorized access to support@gameofworld.xyz.

5. Gameplay, Scoring & Opta Data Feeds

All player valuations, matchday scoring tallies, fixture outcomes, and player statistics are derived directly from official licensed feeds provided by Stats Perform / Opta. Points are awarded in accordance with the published rules on our Leagues Page. Once a match fixture is certified and closed by the official Opta data feed, score allocations are final and non-negotiable. Statistical adjustments made by official sports bodies after 24 hours will not alter retroactively awarded leaderboard rankings.

6. Strategic Power Chips Fair-Play Rules

Power Chips (Triple Captain, Bench Boost, Free Hit, and Wildcard) are governed by strict single-use limits per competition season. Exploiting software anomalies, network latency, or browser caching to duplicate chip activations constitutes a material violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Cheat Policy

When using CosmoDraft, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or scripts to extract player prices, statistics, or roster data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the tactical simulation engine.
• Engage in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated rapid-fire API requests, or server disruption.
• Impersonate any athlete, sports league official, moderator, or Cosmo Fame Limited representative.
• Use automated software to synchronize or collude transfers across separate manager rosters.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, interface designs, vector graphics, software code, sound effects, algorithms, and branding elements associated with CosmoDraft remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmo Fame Limited. Athlete names, club crests, and league designations (such as NHL, MLS, NBA, CFL) are referenced strictly for nominative sports reporting and simulation purposes under fair-use principles. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

CosmoDraft is delivered on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Cosmo Fame Limited does not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from server downtime during live fixture broadcasts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Cosmo Fame Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed CAD $100.00.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.

12. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time upon 14 days' advance digital notice. We may terminate or suspend access to any user who breaches these Terms. For questions: support@gameofworld.xyz.
